In[ter]dependence Day Celebration & Mushroom Cultivation
Come celebrate interconnectedness & fungi with Myconauts on July 4th.
Dear Fellow Myconauts,
Wow, last night’s discussion was a record-setting amount of attendees with a beautiful discussion about queer mycology. We learned how symbiosis is the fundamental driver of evolution contrary to the commonly held belief that sexual reproduction is responsible. Stay tuned for a more detailed discussion recap from Miranda in the next Sporinator.
Last month Aaron was interviewed by Voyage LA as part of their series to highlight community organizers in the LA area. Aaron shares a bit about their love story with fungi and why they started creating spaces of belonging – like the Mycoverse – that did not exist for people like them.
